These terms apply when you order from Olive's via olivesfood.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy the items in your basket. The contract forms when we accept the order. You'll see an on-screen confirmation and receive an email. Until then we may decline an order (e.g. if an item just sold out, an address is out of range, or we suspect fraud) and refund any payment in full.

Prices & payment

Prices on the menu include any applicable taxes. Delivery fees (where shown) and minimum order values appear at checkout. We take payment online via our payment provider; we never see or store your card number.

Delivery & collection

Estimated times shown at checkout are best-effort, not guarantees. Kitchen volume, traffic, and weather can affect them. For delivery, please give us a phone number we can reach you on and make sure someone can receive the order at the address. For collection, please pick up within 15 minutes of the ready time so the food stays at its best.

Allergens & dietary info

Allergen labels on each item are provided in good faith. Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, sesame, soya, nuts, mustard and celery, so we can't guarantee any item is completely free of traces. If you have a serious allergy, please call us before ordering. We'd rather walk through your options than risk a reaction.

Cancellations & refunds

Because we prepare food fresh to order, you can't cancel once the kitchen has started cooking. If something arrives wrong, missing, or below the standard you expected, get in touch within 24 hours and we'll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or a refund as appropriate.

Your statutory rights as a UK consumer (Consumer Rights Act 2015) are not affected by these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in email accessible. Anyone who can read codes sent to it can sign in as you. Don't share codes. Tell us as soon as you suspect someone else has accessed your account.

We may suspend or close an account that's used for abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behaviour, or where repeat chargebacks are filed without contacting us first.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, post abusive content, attempt to bypass our security, or scrape the menu for resale. Reviews and feedback should be honest and your own.

Liability

We accept liability for losses we cause that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We don't exclude liability where the law doesn't allow us to (death or injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights).

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top changes. Material changes will be flagged on the site. Orders placed before a change are governed by the version of the terms that was live at the time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.
